Can I change or cancel my order?

Confirmed orders immediately goes through the ordering process. We unfortunately cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you may start the refund and return process for any unwanted items for a refund. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy page.

It's my first time ordering, what do I need to know?

Create your personal account on waglgolf.co, as we do not have a guest checkout option just yet. Place an order for delivery to Hong Kong SAR on www.waglgolf.co by selecting your products and completing our checkout process.

What are my payment options?

All purchases on www.waglgolf.co will be in Hong Kong Dollars: Currently these are the acceptable payment methods that include, but are not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, PayMe, WeChat Pay, and Alipay HK. 

What currency is the site in?

Currently, www.waglgolf.co, operates in Hong Kong Dollars for prices and payments. 

When will I be charged for my order?

A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when your order is placed, however we don't process the payment until the order is ready to ship. Once your order is placed you will be sent an order confirmation email with your order number and details. We will then process and package your order. Once your order is sent for delivery, you will be charged and sent a delivery confirmation email. The pre-authorization will drop in 7-10 business days.
