RETURN & REFUND

 

Thank you for shopping with WAGL! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

- To initiate a return, please contact us at hellowaglgolf@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges:

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the original purchase.

Shipping Returns:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
