2. Registration
You will need to register for an account to be able to access some services on waglgolf.co. You are required to make sure that your information is accurate, current and a true representation of your personal details. You are also responsible for maintaining your personal information via your online account as well as for keeping your personal password classified.
The Terms of Services together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Hong Kong law.
3. Orders and Payments
Pricing: Prices are listed in HKD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
Ordering: all orders are subject to stock availability. When you have finalized your order via the site, selected item will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be made until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully completed.
Payment: We accept the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, PayMe, WeChat Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Areas: We currently only ship to address within Hong Kong. (Other international locations soon to come.) Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk: Risk of loss/damage passes to your discretion upon delivery.
5. Returns and Exchanges
The products must be in original condition, meaning unused, clean, undamaged and in the original packaging. It must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receipt. Sale items are not eligible to be refunded.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (logos, designs, text, images) is owned by WAGL Apparel HK Limited and protected under Hong Kong and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use.
- Errors in product descriptions, pricing, or imagery (e.g., color variations due to screen settings).
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, fraud). Accounts and payments must be done by individuals aged 18+ or with parental consent.

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Hong Kong courts.
